At FABVANI, we strive to provide premium quality women’s wear and ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The product should not have any stains, perfume, makeup marks, damage, or alterations.

• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers

• Customized or altered products

• Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos at:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank account details for refund processing.

• If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product from our side, return shipping charges will be borne by FABVANI.

• For size issues or customer preference returns, return shipping charges may be applicable to the customer.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
